These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between lick33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers with, or makes use of the services available at lick33.app.

lick33 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform offering live casino games, slot titles, arcade games, instant-win products, and a sportsbook covering cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other sporting events. All services are provided exclusively for entertainment purposes to eligible adult players.

By accessing the lick33 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the lick33 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by a User on the lick33 platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market available on the lick33 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded by lick33 to a Player's account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by lick33 before processing withdrawals or where account security requires confirmation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a Player requests that lick33 restrict or permanently close their account for responsible gaming purposes.

To register and maintain an account on lick33, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. lick33 enforces strict age verification and does not permit access to any real-money services by individuals under 21.
• You must be the registered legal owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your lick33 account.

• You must not hold any existing account on the lick33 platform. Only one account per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.

lick33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request is processed and may be requested at any time during an account's lifecycle.

Documents that lick33 may require include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document showing your registered residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence confirming your ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, lick33 may require documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may lead to account closure. lick33 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts under any circumstances.

Deposits: lick33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your lick33 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. lick33 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. lick33 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable verification requirements.

Withdrawal Restrictions: lick33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• KYC documentation has not been provided or has not been verified.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
• The account is under review for suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limit in place at the time of the request.

Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on lick33 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lick33 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

lick33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply to all lick33 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus on more than one occasion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and account closure.
• lick33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of bonus terms, the decision of lick33 management is final.

All games available on the lick33 platform — including live casino titles, slots, arcade games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all lick33 products:

• All slot titles and random-outcome games operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party.
• Bets placed in error — including wagers placed on an incorrect market, at an incorrect stake, or after a market has closed — are not eligible for reversal unless a technical fault on the part of lick33 is established.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a sports bet settlement, lick33 will apply its standard disconnection policy, which prioritises the integrity of the game round or betting market as recorded on lick33 servers at the time of disconnection.
• lick33 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types and may vary by game title, market, or account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lick33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on lick33 for any purpose, including to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions or to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting lick33 promotions through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, or through collusion with other players.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Any form of payment fraud, use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or the initiation of unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds for the purpose of cycling money through the platform without genuine gaming intent, or using lick33 accounts as a conduit for illicit financial flows.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place wagers or interact with the lick33 platform without direct human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage or to share information that would disadvantage other participants.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, miscalculated odds, or game malfunctions to place wagers that a player knows or ought to know are incorrectly priced or structured.

The Platform recognises that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and has implemented a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players free of charge from within the account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming controls include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on the amount you can deposit into your lick33 account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are permitted to lose over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lick33 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any lick33 content in any medium without express written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any lick33 software or game.
• Using lick33 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any commercial or promotional context without prior written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on lick33 platform content or game titles.

Any unauthorised use of lick33 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by lick33.

lick33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on lick33, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, and legal compliance purposes.

• Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond lick33's reasonable control including force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses attributable to delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

lick33's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

The lick33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lick33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the platform.

lick33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights, financial obligations, or responsible gaming provisions — lick33 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or via a prominent notice on the lick33 platform.

Your continued use of the lick33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting lick33 support.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lick33 holds its operating licence. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and lick33, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the lick33 customer support channel. Where resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under lick33's applicable operating licence.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
